Sales & Marketing Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales & Marketing Officer  to drive sales growth in the assigned area. This is a field-based role that involves meeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering the right financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Visit potential customers and generate new leads

·        Present and promote financial products based on client requirements

·        Follow up with leads and convert them into active customers

·        Achieve monthly sales targets

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the area

·        Keep records of daily visits, meetings, and sales progress

·        Coordinate with the internal team for customer support and documentation

Desired Profile:

·        Graduate in any discipline

·        1 to 3 years of experience in field sales (BFSI preferred)

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        Target-driven and self-motivated

·        Comfortable with daily field travel within the assigned area
