Job Description

Role :

–  Supervising the selling of life insurance through designated Bank Branches.

–  Managing a group of managers who are on-call.

–  Manage several branches

–  Banking and business collaboration on everything from lead generation to policy conversion.

–  Monitoring operations and educating bank lead generators.

–  To develop relationships with the Bank that are mutually beneficial and aid in the customer acquisition process.

–  Gathering and analysing customer requirements to improve product pitches.

–  Handling objections and complaints and promptly addressing them.

Candidate’s Resume :

–  A degree in any field

–  You should be between the ages of 21 and 38.

–  Minimum 1 to 3 Years of Experience in BFSI/Insurance or a Related Industry

–  Drive and self-control

–  Interpersonal and communication abilities

–  Originality

–  Fortitude

–  Self-assurance and confidence
