Job Description
Insurance Marketing Specialist responsibilities:
· Manage all marketing strategies and campaigns by working with vendors, insurance agents, sales agents, and marketing team members
· Develops base for long-term sources of clients.
· Meet with company representatives to maintain awareness of marketplace.
· Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of insurance agents and agency partners.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing with agencies to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Qualifications:
· 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Pharma, Telecom, Real Estate, etc.
· Graduation Must be.
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
