Job Description

Featured Responsibility:

– The Role Will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to customers

– Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, including brokers, agents

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel agents.

– Offering and allocating work to team members

– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors’ offerings

– Negotiate and close high-value deals

– Ensure adherence to company sales policies and procedures

– Excellent communication skills and negotiating

Required skills:

– Ability to guide and motivate a team Analytical skills to evaluate sales metrics

– Strong knowledge of insurance products focus on continuous improvement.

Candidate Specifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Age: 22 to 38

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Field sales or a similar role

You need to have a driver’s license and a bike
