Job Opening: Sales & Marketing Officer
Location: Navsari
Department: Sales & Marketing

Role Summary:
We are hiring Sales & Marketing Officers to drive product awareness, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers through field visits, promotions, and direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers
  • Conduct market visits, cold calling, lead generation & follow-ups
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and local promotional activities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Submit daily sales reports and feedback to the team leader

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate (any stream) – Freshers and Experienced candidates welcome
  • 0–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (Banking, Finance, FMCG preferred)
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Fieldwork-ready and goal-oriented
  • Knowledge of local language is a plus (Gujarati/Hindi)
