– Propels growth in sales and market penetration.

– Recruits and cultivates agency managers.

– Analyzes performance, provides feedback, and ensures compliance.

– Builds relationships with agency partners.

– Represents company at industry events.

Qualifications & Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in any field is recommended.

– Sales experience of at least one year

– Leadership, sales, and communication abilities.
