Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated professional Branch Manager for Agency Channel. This role includes the training, motivation, and management of FLMs to achieve their sales goals. Additionally, you will be directly involved in selling insurance solutions to customers.

Role & responsibilities:

– Agent Recruitment through field sales

– Generating business/sales through Agents

– Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium

– Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.

– Responsible for ensuring quality of applications.

Skills & Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

Experience: 1+ years in sales

– Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
