Job Description

This position entails finding, coaching, and managing a group of people to market life insurance plans. Sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention are the metrics used to gauge success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in motivating the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

– Identify potential clients and generate new business prospects

– Maintain and strengthen ties with existing clients

– Arrange daily sales activities and provide assistance to sales team members with less experience

– Oversee sales performance and assemble reports for senior management

– Help with the development and execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications :

– More than 1 year of experience in any Field Sales.

– Networking, Relationship Building.

– Industry & Product Knowledge.

– Graduation mandatory.
