Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding business targets.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing queries effectively.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
Oversee sales operations, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales & Marketing.
Age should be between 21 to 38 years
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
