Job Description

Sales & Marketing Officer lead offices of sales associates who offer goods and services to customers. Their primary function is to manage this team to create profits for their company.

Responsibilities:

– Locate partners and consultants for the organization.

– The company manager is in charge of raising sales and achieving the sales target.

– Find, hire, and train insurance consultants.

– Encourage and educate advisors to increase their efficacy.

– Starting a new company.

– Managers that are driven and focused are needed by life insurance organizations to find and hire possible insurance advisors.

– Assemble a group of financial advisors.

Candidate profile:

Qualification: Graduate.

Local candidate preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1 years in sales and marketing.

Two-Wheeler Required.

Good negotiation skill.
