We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to lead business development efforts in a designated region. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing team of financial advisors to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit, onboard, and train financial advisors to build a strong sales team.
– Developing your sales team through motivation .
– Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional sales objectives.
– Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand business reach.
– Expand market reach and enhance customer engagement.
– Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence within the team.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Graduation in any stream of studies.
Experience: 1-5 years in Sales.
– Communication & Relationship Management.
– Sales & Business Development.
– Must be Local.
Candidate profile :
Required Experience: Minimum experience of 2 + Years in Any Field Sales & Marketing
Candidate should be comfortable working through Direct Sourcing
CTC Bracket: up To : 3.15 LPA
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
