Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Hassan, Karnataka
Job Type: Full-Time
CTC: ₹2.75LPA – ₹3.15 LPA (fixed + incentives)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers or dealers in the Hassan region
• Promote products/services through direct sales, field visits, and campaigns
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Execute local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Gather market feedback and report competitor activities
• Maintain sales data, follow-ups, and daily reporting

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Sales preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or fieldwork
• Good communication in Kannada and English
• Local market knowledge and networking ability
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ready for field travel
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile reporting apps
