We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Manager in the agency vertical for India’s leading insurance company.

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and support your financial advisor to meet their sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on team progress regularly.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional financial solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new clients in the insurance sector.
  • Develop strategies for expanding our market presence
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management

Required Candidate profile

  • Qualification: Graduate
  • Experience: 2+ years in Any Field of Sale
  • Age: Min 21 Years – Max 38 Years
  • Two Wheeler Require
  • Must be Local
