Create Own Team Of Financial Consultants
Guide and motivate Team members regarding Maximised Business and generate New Leads From Open Market
Maintain Good Relation with Clients and manager
Develop New Strategies for increased the Business
Always Motivate Your Team Members
Position Of Team Leader

Candidate Profile :

Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
Strong Communications Skills
Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Leadership and team management skills
Customer-oriented
