Responsibility::
Develop and execute strategic plans for agency growth, including identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new agency partners.
Collaborate with agency partners and agents to establish and achieve ambitious sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners, agents, and internal teams.
Implement incentive programs and strategies to motivate and reward high-performing agents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2-5 years in any sales and Marketing
