Qualifications Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in insurance sales management, with a demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, including products, services, and market trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
