Sales Officer

Job Description

The Sales Officer is responsible for driving the sales of insurance products, generating new business, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Also work closely with team members, prospects, and clients to meet or exceed sales targets.

ROLES:

• Generate leads through various channels.
• Provide clients with expert advice on insurance products, coverage options, and claim processes.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of any client queries or concerns.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and policy details to customers in an understandable manner.
• Assist clients in the renewal process to ensure continuous coverage and retention.
• Participate in sales meetings and team training sessions.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Any graduate
• Age 21 to 38
• Field job
• Full time

SKILLS:

• Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
