Responsibilities:

·    Recruit and onboard new insurance agents, ensuring they align with our company values and standards.

·  Provide ongoing training and development programs to agents, equipping them with product knowledge, sales techniques, and tools to              improve their performance.

·    Identify new market opportunities, untapped territories, and strategies for growth within the agency channel.

·     A strong sales orientation with the ability to engage and motivate your team.

Qualification:

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience in field sales and marketing.

Age Range: 21 to 38 years old.

Local candidates are preferred.
