Job Description
Sales Officer will be responsible for managing policy sales and overseeing the sales team. The responsibilities of an insurance sales manager include setting and monitoring sales goals, facilitating the professional development of the team, and providing customer support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a pipeline to reach clients through various channels.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing clients.
- Setting and monitoring sales objectives.
- Contributing to meeting sales targets.
- Meet with prospective clients to assess their individual or business insurance needs.
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations about various insurance products and services.
- Utilize strong closing techniques to convert leads into long-term customers.
- Stay engaged with clients, offering policy reviews and making adjustments as needed to meet evolving needs.
