Sales Officer

The Sales Officer is responsible for driving the recruitment, development, and performance of the insurance agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential advisor to expand the agency network.
• Provide ongoing training to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
• Set clear sales targets for agents and monitor performance against those targets.
• Ensure agents have a deep understanding of the company’s insurance products, features, and benefits.
• Develop strong relationships with top-performing agents, maintaining regular communication and support.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
