Job Description

A Sales Officer drives customer acquisition, promotes bank service achieves sales work through fieldwork and client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Hire and manage agents to help increase sales in your area.
• Build good relationships with agents and support them to grow their sales.
• Train agents so they can meet and beat their targets.
• Keep track of how agents are doing and help them improve with feedback.

What You Need

• At least 2 years of experience in sales.
• A bike and a valid driving license.
• Knowing the local market is a plus.
• Graduation is must be required.
