Job Description
As a Sales Officer, your job is to promote banking products and services, meet sales targets, and keep customers happy. You’ll need to engage with customers, understand the products well, and work toward achieving sales goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers and promote different banking products.
- Help customers open current and savings accounts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by using effective sales techniques.
- Explain banking products to customers and answer their questions.
- Follow banking rules and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Must own a bike.
- 0 to 3 years of experience.
- Sales experience in banking or finance is a plus.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
