The Sales Officer in the Advisor Network is responsible for growing business by recruiting, training, and overseeing a team of advisors to meet sales objectives and drive channel success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and train a team of advisors to achieve consistent sales outcomes.
- Craft and implement plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Evaluate performance data to identify opportunities and adjust tactics.
- Provide regular coaching and support to enhance advisor effectiveness.
- Track market shifts, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Equip advisors with skills to engage premium customer segments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (non-negotiable).
- 2+ years of experience in sales or team management.
- History of meeting sales goals and guiding teams to success.
- Leadership ability to motivate and align a team.
- Excellent communication skills for advisor and client interactions.
