Job Description

Job Overview:
The Sales Officer in the Advisor Network is responsible for growing business by recruiting, training, and overseeing a team of advisors to meet sales objectives and drive channel success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and train a team of advisors to achieve consistent sales outcomes.
  • Craft and implement plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Evaluate performance data to identify opportunities and adjust tactics.
  • Provide regular coaching and support to enhance advisor effectiveness.
  • Track market shifts, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
  • Equip advisors with skills to engage premium customer segments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (non-negotiable).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or team management.
  • History of meeting sales goals and guiding teams to success.
  • Leadership ability to motivate and align a team.
  • Excellent communication skills for advisor and client interactions.
