Job Description
Develop and motivate your sales team, recruit and manage Insurance Advisers in your market, and coordinate effectively with the central team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Use field visits, lead follow-ups, and cold contacting to bring in new clients.
– Recognize the demands of your clients and provide appropriate financial solutions.
– Create and preserve a solid rapport with your clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
– Reach monthly sales goals and update the team lead on your progress.
– Keep abreast on rival products, industry developments, and product knowledge.
– Verify documentation and adherence to legal and corporate requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in any field is recommended.
– Sales experience of at least one year
– The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
– Leadership, sales, and communication abilities.
