Job Description
Position Overview:
The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating business by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves field sales activities, customer interaction, and consistent follow-up to ensure business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and market activities
- Promote and sell company products and services to prospective clients
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct product presentations and explain benefits clearly
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of forms
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers
- Maintain records, MIS reports, and follow-ups
- Adhere to company policies and sales processes
Eligibility & Skills:
- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
- Experience in sales or field work preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach
- Willingness to work in the field
