Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Officer to support business growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The Sales Officer will play a key role in executing sales plans and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through field sales and customer visits
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Promote and explain company products and services
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Conduct regular follow-ups to close sales and retain customers

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation completed in any discipline
• Experience in sales or field sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Willingness to work in the field and travel as required
