Job description :

·         Maintain Customer relations

·         Carrying sales visits, acquiring new customers and maintaining accurate records.

·         Developing new marketing and branding strategies.

·         The team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network. Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model to do cross-selling for insurance.

·         Traveling to meet with distributors, vendors, and prospective customers

Desired Candidate Profile :

·         Age should not be more than 38 year

·         Two-wheelers are mandatory

·         Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing

·         candidate must have knowledge of the local market

·         Graduation is mandatory
