Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and identify new business opportunities.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and ensure client needs are consistently met and exceeded.
• Closely monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and develop effective strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of talented insurance agents, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship.

Candidate Criteria:

• Graduation is compulsory.
• Minimum 1+ years of Sales and Marketing.
• Age: 22 to 38 years.
• Candidates must be local natives for at least 3 to 5 years.
