CTC: Up to ₹3.15 LPA + Incentives

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Sales Officer to manage and grow our client base in and around Arambagh. This is a local opportunity with a chance to build your own team and scale professionally.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Daily field sales visits within Arambagh and nearby areas
Meet prospective clients and pitch product offerings
Recruit and lead a mini team of agents
Report team progress to the management
Achieve individual and team sales targets

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
1+ years of field sales experience
Age: 22 to 40 years
Preference for local applicants
