Job Description:
The Sales Officer – Banca Channel works with bank branches to sell insurance products by building relationships with staff, providing product knowledge, and achieving sales targets. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sell insurance products through the bank’s network and achieve sales targets. 
• Identify potential customers using the bank’s database. 
• Build strong relationships with bank staff and management. 
• Train, motivate, and support bank employees to generate leads and close sales. 
• Recommend suitable insurance products and provide excellent customer service. 
• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions. 

Qualification & Experience: 

• A graduate degree is required. 
• At least 1 years of experience in sales and marketing in BFSI or Insurance. 
• 3+ Year residential or Native. 
• Basic understanding of insurance and banking operations. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
