Education: Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory)
Job Overview:
We are looking for smart and energetic individuals to join our branch banking sales team in Surat. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting key banking products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for Savings & Current Accounts (CASA)
- Promote and cross-sell banking products like insurance, fixed deposits, credit cards, and loans
- Manage walk-in customers and assist with basic banking inquiries
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent service
- Meet assigned sales and revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with KYC and banking regulations
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of financial products and retail banking
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong customer focus
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Knowledge of the Surat market preferred
