Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell banking and insurance products to new and existing customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Give product information and support to clients.
- Report daily sales activities to the manager.
Qualifications:
- Graduate (any field).
- 2–4 years of sales experience (BFSI preferred).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to work in the field.
