Role: Sales Officer
Location: Durgapur, West Bengal
Employment: Full-time | On-roll

Responsibilities:

Hire, guide, and supervise a field team
Promote company products/services within assigned area
Convert leads and ensure regular customer follow-up
Track sales progress and performance metrics

Requirements:

Graduation mandatory
1+ year in B2C/B2B sales or field marketing
Must be Durgapur local or nearby
Excellent leadership and sales acumen
