Job Description

We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Officer – Field Sales to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product demos, negotiate deals, and close sales orders.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Keep accurate records of daily sales activities and customer interactions.
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and local networking.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on products and sales strategies.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Minimum 2–6 years of experience in sales
• Good communication, presentation skills
• Comfortable with daily field work
• Strong customer-focused attitude and self-motivation
• Prefer local candidate
