Job Summary:
As a CASA Sales Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing new business and building relationships with potential clients to open Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA). This role requires a mix of field sales, networking, and customer management to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive CASA (Current and Savings Account) product sales through direct customer interaction.
– Generate leads from various sources, including references, field visits, and cold calls.
– Engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide customized CASA solutions.
– Work closely with branch staff to onboard customers and ensure a seamless experience.
– Identify cross-selling opportunities for other bank products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance.
– Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
– Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to the Sales Manager.
– Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and other regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
– Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in banking/financial product sales.
– Local candidate preferred with knowledge of the local geography.
– Must own a two-wheeler for travel.
– Age: 21-27 years.
