Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Officer to expand our client base and drive sales of banking products. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the sales team. This role requires local market knowledge and a strong ability to achieve targets.
Roles & Responsibility:
– Find new customers for banking products like accounts and loans.
– Achieve sales targets set by the company.
– Build strong relationships with clients for long-term engagement.
– Promote and cross-sell other banking products.
– Visit customers regularly in the local area.
– Generate leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
– Ensure all paperwork and processes follow bank rules.
– Submit daily reports on sales activities
Qualification:
– Age: 21 to 32 years.
– Experience: 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in BFSI (mandatory).
– Local Candidate: Must be local to the area and familiar with market conditions.
– Bike Ownership: Must have a bike for commuting to clients.
– Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
