Job Description

Sales Officer – Madhya Pradesh (MP)
Location: Multiple Locations across MP (Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Ujjain, etc.)
Experience Required:2–3 years in Banking / Insurance / Field Sales

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
CTC: 2.5 – 4.0 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers through field sales.
• Generate business through direct sales & channel partners.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales & revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.
• Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and customer meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all company guidelines and processes.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Target-driven with proven sales ability.
• Knowledge of the MP local market.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
