Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and customers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective field sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and customer needs.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage customer accounts effectively.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events for lead generation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline).
- Experience:2–3 years in field sales (BFSI, FMCG, Insurance, or related industries).
- Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
- Willingness to travel daily within assigned territory.
