Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit and onboard skilled insurance agents.
– Implement ongoing training and development initiatives to improve agents’ expertise and knowledge.
– Inspire and motivate the team to meet sales targets.
– Assess and monitor agent performance, offering coaching and constructive feedback.
– Tackle team challenges and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree
– Candidates with an operations background are not suitable for this position.
– The role requires 100% fieldwork focused on policy sales.
– Experience: 1 to 4 years in any sales field (FMCG, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, NBFC, BFSI, Loans, Mutual Funds)
– Age: Minimum 21 years, maximum 38 years
– A two-wheeler is mandatory.
