Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Officer – Team Leader to drive field sales, manage a sales team, and deliver strong business growth.

Key Responsibilities ::

• Lead a team of 5–10 Field Sales Executives
• Daily field visits with team for customer meetings
• Generate leads, conduct sales activities & achieve monthly targets
• Train, motivate & guide the team for performance improvement
• Monitor daily productivity, reporting & pipeline
• Build strong customer relationships
• Ensure smooth sales process & compliance with company policies

Eligibility ::

• Graduation must
• 1–5 years of Field Sales / BFSI Sales experience
• Minimum 6 months of Team Handling experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership & negotiation skills
• Local candidates preferred
