CTC: Upto 3.50 LPA + Incentives
About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Performance Manager to lead insurance sales initiatives through a network of advisors. This role is key to monitoring agent productivity, driving business numbers, and strengthening local operations in Noida. Preference will be given to local candidates with relevant sales experience.
Key Duties & Deliverables:
- Train agents on sales techniques, products, and compliance.
- Track sales performance, activity levels, and conversion ratios.
- Cnduct field visits and joint customer meetings.
- Support advisors in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be a graduate from any stream.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Should be a local resident of Noida or nearby.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with field travel and team coordination.
- Result-driven with excellent follow-up habits.
