Job Summary:
The candidate is responsible for driving sales growth in the BFSI segment by acquiring new customers, managing relationships, and achieving revenue targets
Key Roles:
- Identify, Recruit and Develop a sales team
- Develop and manage sales plans and forecasts.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, and operations teams.
- Prepare sales performance reports.
- Assist in setting sales targets and budgets.
- Monitor sales plans and suggest improvements.
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
