Job Description

A Sales Professional – Life Insurance is primarily responsible for selling life insurance policies to individuals or groups. This role involves understanding customers’ financial needs, explaining life insurance products, and guiding clients through the purchasing process to provide financial security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through referrals, networking, or cold calls.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms clearly to clients.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients for renewals, policy servicing, and cross-selling.
  • Adhere to IRDAI regulations and company policies during sales and servicing.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
