The role of Sales Relationship Manager is to focus on building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
They need to understand client needs, provide personalized support, and proactively seek opportunities to enhance the client experience.
This role involves collaborating with internal teams and staying updated on industry trends to ensure clients receive the best possible solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit a team, manage and guide them in achieving the sales target
- Working closely with sales, marketing and other teams to ensure smooth operations are carried out.
- Should be up to date in the industry trends, competitor activities and new products and policies.
- Understanding clients needs and providing them proper advises and ensuring full customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring client feedback resolving issues and should take proactive steps to improve customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream) required all semester marksheets
- Preferred local candidate.
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization (If experienced)
