We are Hiring a Sales Executive who helps to build a business by recognizing new business prospects and selling products to them.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Establishing new business links
- Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
Candidate Profile:
- Graduation in Any Stream
- Mini. 1 to 2 Years in the Banking/insurance sector
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills
- One who ready for challenges
- Age: 22 to 38 Yrs.
