Follow up on leads and close deals:

• Give regular training, support, and motivation to the sales team to help them perform better.
• Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and market surveys. Help the sales team improve by giving support, training, and feedback.
• Make sure every team member understands their role and what is expected from them daily.
• Meet people face-to-face to increase product awareness and sales chances.
• To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
• Graduate in any discipline (any stream welcome)
• Must be a local resident or familiar with the local area
