Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this field-facing role, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting direct sales, and building long-term customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Approach potential customers directly through field visits, referrals, or cold calls to pitch products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market surveys, events, and personal networks.
- Close deals and onboard new clients for hiring mandates.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
- Follow up on leads, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
