Sales Representative

Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to actively engage with potential and existing customers. The role involves promoting products/services, generating leads, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify prospective customers through cold calling, networking, and market research
Present and promote products or services to new and existing clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer queries
Prepare sales reports and maintain client records in CRM systems
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of deals
Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
