Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Mangaluru
CTC: ₹3.00 LPA to ₹3.45 LPA
Job Type: Full-time | Field Sales

We are hiring a Sales Representative to promote and sell company products/services to customers in Mangaluru. The role involves visiting clients, understanding their needs, offering the right solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Sales: Promote and sell products or services to individual and business customers.
  • Client Visits : Meet customers in the field, explain offerings, and build relationships.
  • Lead Follow-up: Contact potential leads through calls and field visits, and follow up regularly.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Market Awareness: Understand competitor activities and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers with product-related queries, pricing, and service issues.
  • Documentation: Collect necessary documents and ensure proper order processing and reporting.
  • Daily Reporting: Maintain sales reports and update managers with progress.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and convincing ability
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques
  • Field sales experience preferred
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with Mangaluru city and surrounding areas
  • Basic computer and smartphone usage

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (field sales preferred)
