Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and train new insurance agents.
- Motivate agents to achieve sales goals.
- Guide and support the team in daily work.
- Build good relationships with agents and customers.
- Check team performance and give feedback.
- Follow company rules and industry guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred).
- 2 – 5 years of sales experience (insurance experience is a plus).
- Good leadership and team handling skills.
- Strong communication skills.
